Q: Is a deposit required?
A: A deposit will be required to secure your cabin(s) and to guarantee your final price. Usually, this is a percentage of the fare or a flat rate. This deposit varies by cruise line. You will then be asked to pay the balance of your fare. This is required between 45-90 days prior to sailing. If you have booked your cruise within the final payment period, the total payment will be due at the time of booking.

Q: If I have to cancel, can I get a refund?
A: A partial or full refund is available if you are able to cancel your cruise within the designated time frame of the cruise line. If you need to cancel your cruise, please contact us immediately so that we can be of assistance in contacting the cruise line to notify them of your cancellation and requesting your refund. Because cruise lines follow strict guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations, we strongly suggest you purchase travel insurance.
