Quotes for trips are subject to a $50 non-refundable fee, credited to the cost of the trip when the trip is booked.

Cruise Services
We do not accept coupons or discounts, except where provided by the cruise lines.
The cruise line reserves the right to change or cancel an itinerary at any time.
Any changes made to a fare will require repricing to the non web rate. There is a $50.00 charge per change assessed by Cruise Away USA in addition to any charges required by the cruise line.
Any cruise that is cancelled by the client, (provided that trip insurance has not been purchased) will be assessed a $50.00 per cabin cancellation fee by Cruise Away USA, in addition to the charges assessed by the cruise line.
Airline Services
Cruise Away USA, is acting as an agent, for the travel service providers in selling travel services to be provided to you. Cruise Away USA does not assume liability for any of the following, but not limited to: injury, damage, death, loss, accident, delay - for any reason, an act of God, sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather, or acts of governmental authority.
Tickets purchased through Cruise Away USA are purchased under the terms and conditions of carriage and the rules of the applicable airline. Should a cancellation and/or change, by the customer, to issued ticket(s) be required, the carriers rules and regulations will be imposed. If an itinerary is changed, a $50.00 fee will be assessed by Cruise Away USA, in addition to the fees charged by the carrier, and any additional fare increase.
If you have purchased a non-refundable fare, the carrier may allow future travel for the same passenger(s) within a certain time period. Each carrier reserves the right to impose a fee, plus collection of the additional fare. Cruise Away USA will assess a $50 fee for this process.
